When can I move into my property?

You can move into your property once your home loan is approved (or you have paid the house in full) and utilities (water and electricity) are installed.

However, in order to enjoy the utilities, you will need to apply for connection with the local water and electricity utility companies. Lhoopa cannot file the application on your behalf. 

To find out who is the water and electricity provider in your area, please speak to your local  Lhoopa accredited broker or to your contractor upon turnover. Water and electricity providers differ from one area to another.
